All orders are shipped via Evri to addresses within the UK.
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Cost: All orders within the UK qualify for £1.99 delivery. Orders over £50 qualify for FREE shipping.

Taxes and Duties (EU Orders)
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, local postal service efficiency, or seasonal demand.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived, we kindly ask that you allow up to 20 working days from the expected delivery date for it to arrive.
After this period:
- The parcel will be considered lost
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier
- You may be asked to complete a denial of receipt form
- Once confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund
Dispatch Times:
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
