Exchanges

UK Exchanges

We offer FREE exchanges for customers within the UK to help you find your perfect fit.
Whether you'd like a different size, colour, or style, we're here to make it easy.

To arrange your exchange, email us at: info@mackeswimwear.co.uk with your original order details and let us know what you'd like to swap it for. Once we receive your return, we'll issue you a store gift card to place your new order.

Please note that, in accordance with hygiene regulations for swimwear, all exchanges require the original hygiene sticker to remain intact.

International Exchanges

For exchanges outside the UK, a £10.00 handling and postage fee applies. This fee will be invoiced once we receive your original swimsuit. Your replacement item will be held in our warehouse until payment is received. Once the fee is settled, we will promptly dispatch your new swimsuit.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene sticker intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

UK Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our returns rate is £3.00, and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

International Returns

Our returns rate is £10.00, and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Sale Items Return Policy

Products purchased from our Sale section (items reduced in price by any percentage) are eligible for return within our standard return window. However, unless otherwise stated, returns for sale items will be issued as store credit only and not refunded to the original payment method. Store credits are valid for 2 years after date of issue.

All other standard return terms and conditions continue to apply.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
