If you haven't yet heard, we’re excited to announce something really special: Macke Swimwear has partnered with Siren Swell — and we couldn’t be more excited about this one!
Think slow journalism, stunning photography, and heartfelt features — all tied together by a deep love for the sea and the women who feel most at home in it. Siren Swell—an independent, heartfelt publication created by a community of women and produced by Founder, Elizabeth Reader—sold out its first edition and is set to return soon with Volume Two.
As Elizabeth puts it, "Siren Swell is about women telling their own stories — not waiting to be invited into the narrative. These are creative, talented women who absolutely shred, but they also shoot film, write, make art, and bring so much more to the culture of the sea. It’s all about sharing that from the inside out — honest, low-key, and real."

It’s that honest, no-filter approach that resonates with us. At Macke, we want to create functional, flattering swimwear that makes you feel at home in your body and confident in the water. Siren Swell reflects that same ethos: ocean-first, community-driven, and soulfully empowering.
As Elizabeth beautifully puts it: "This is really just about giving space to women who are already out there doing the thing — surfing hard, creating beautiful work, and telling honest stories. Siren Swell is about that mix — the joy, the salt, the creativity, and the realness. No filters. Just women doing what they love, and sharing it in their own way."

Volume One sold out and received five-star reviews on Etsy. This limited edition featured content exclusively created by women of the water, placing their inspiring voices at the forefront. Now that we’ve partnered, you can expect to see more collaborations and shared stories, with Siren Swell appearing on Macke’s socials and some cross promotions along the way. There’ll also be opportunities to explore each other’s offerings, from content to merch and Macke suits. On behalf of both female-led teams, we’re genuinely excited about what’s to come.
